اوردراتك Orderatak هو تطبيق ومنصة لإدارة الأوردرات والتجارة الإلكترونية، ويُشار إلينا في هذه السياسة بكلمات: "نحن"، "لنا"، أو "اوردراتك". باستخدامك للموقع أو التطبيق أو أي خدمة مرتبطة بنا، فأنت توافق على التعامل مع بياناتك وفق هذه السياسة.
2. البيانات التي قد نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب مثل الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، وبيانات تسجيل الدخول.
- بيانات الاستخدام مثل نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، عنوان IP، الصفحات أو الخصائص المستخدمة، وقت وتاريخ الاستخدام، وبيانات التشخيص.
- البيانات التي تُدخلها داخل النظام لإدارة عملك، مثل بيانات الطلبات، العملاء، المنتجات، المخازن، شركات الشحن، المستخدمين، والتعاملات المالية المرتبطة بالتشغيل.
- بيانات التواصل التي ترسلها لنا من خلال نماذج التواصل أو الدعم الفني.
3. ربط فيسبوك وإنستجرام وخدمة الشات بوت
عند اختيارك ربط صفحات فيسبوك أو حسابات إنستجرام بمنصة اوردراتك، نستخدم هذا الربط لتشغيل خدمة الشات بوت والردود الآلية والمساعدة في إدارة المحادثات والتعليقات والرسائل الخاصة بعملك.
- الربط يتم بإذن منك من خلال أدوات Meta/Facebook الرسمية.
- لا نطلب منك كلمة مرور فيسبوك أو إنستجرام، ولا نقوم بتخزينها.
- قد نحصل على بيانات لازمة للتشغيل مثل معرف الصفحة أو الحساب، اسم الصفحة، الصلاحيات التي وافقت عليها، الرسائل أو التعليقات أو أحداث المحادثة المطلوبة لتقديم خدمة الشات بوت.
- نستخدم هذه البيانات فقط لتقديم الخدمة التي طلبتها، مثل الرد على العملاء، تنظيم المحادثات، تحسين تجربة الدعم، وتنفيذ إعدادات الشات بوت الخاصة بك.
- يمكنك إلغاء الربط من إعدادات حساب Meta/Facebook أو من خلال التواصل معنا، وقد يؤدي إلغاء الربط إلى توقف وظائف الشات بوت المرتبطة بهذه الحسابات.
4. كيف نستخدم البيانات
- تشغيل المنصة والتطبيق وتقديم خدمات إدارة الأوردرات.
- إنشاء وإدارة حسابك وإتاحة الصلاحيات والخصائص المناسبة لك.
- التواصل معك بخصوص حسابك، الدعم الفني، التنبيهات، التحديثات، أو معلومات الأمان.
- تحسين الأداء وتجربة الاستخدام وتحليل المشاكل الفنية.
- تنفيذ الطلبات أو الخدمات التي تطلبها من خلال اوردراتك.
- إرسال معلومات أو عروض مرتبطة بخدماتنا إذا كان ذلك مناسبًا أو بموافقتك، مع إمكانية إيقاف الرسائل التسويقية متى أمكن.

5. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. وقد نشارك بعض البيانات عند الحاجة فقط مع مزودي الخدمة الذين يساعدوننا في التشغيل مثل الاستضافة، التحليلات، الإشعارات، البريد الإلكتروني، أو خدمات Meta/Facebook عند استخدامك للربط. كما قد نشارك البيانات إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا قانونيًا، أو لحماية حقوقنا، أو في حالة نقل أو إعادة تنظيم الأعمال.

3. Facebook, Instagram, and Chatbot Connection
If you choose to connect your Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts to Orderatak, we use this connection to provide chatbot services, automated replies, conversation management, and support workflows for your business.
- The connection is authorized by you through official Meta/Facebook tools.
- We do not ask for or store your Facebook or Instagram password.
- We may receive operational data such as page or account IDs, page names, approved permissions, messages, comments, or conversation events needed to provide the chatbot service.
- We use this data only to provide the service you requested, such as replying to customers, organizing conversations, improving support, and applying your chatbot settings.
- You can disconnect the integration from your Meta/Facebook settings or by contacting us. Disconnecting may stop chatbot features connected to those accounts.
